I would like to welcome you to my pet portraits website and start by giving you a brief introduction. My name is Joanna Culley and I am a full time professional pet portrait artist living and working in Haslemere, Surrey having moved from the Hampshire area. I create for people detailed dog portraits, cat portraits and horse portraits whether they are local to Surrey and Hampshire, across the UK or internationally. I work to paint the pet portraitsfrom either high quality photos, or if distance/time allows from photos taken from visiting your pet at your home .
As a leading artist I am afraid that I can only work from good quality photographs or by visiting and taking good photographic reference myself. This is to ensure you get the very high quality watercolour pet portraits that I am known for. There is a choice of mediums so that you can have your pet portraits in watercolour, pencil or pastel. I paint horse portraits, dog portraits, cat portraits, rabbits and anything with fur or feathers. I love working with customers in order to create that perfect pet portrait, painting with a realism effect capturing each little detail. My aim is to complete pet portraits where the individual characteristics shine through.
